Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a store credit.  Return must be accompanied by a receipt and item must be returned in original unopened packaging, be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and any applicable papers.  Items retaining any odor of smoke, perfume, body odor or pet dander may not be returned.

Skincare items must be unused and have all safety seals intact.

Manufacturers defects or damages will be handled according to the manufacturer's policy.
